The quickest way to check if there is a known outage in your area is to visit your local network’s outage page on their website. They will often show expected times to resolve issues too.
If an known outage doesn’t appear on your local network’s faults/outages page, the phone number to report an outage is listed by network below. These services operate 24/7.
The people who take these calls are outage specialists and are not able to assist with account related questions.

If your local network doesn’t appear in the networks shown on this page, it means energyclubnz does not supply electricity to that network and that you are not a member with us.
